Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Water Bill Audit tool at vegaswaterbillaudit.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

The Service provides an AI-powered water bill diagnostic tool operated by Monkey Wrench Plumbing (“MWP”), a licensed Nevada plumbing contractor (NV Lic. #0092999). The Service is provided free of charge to Las Vegas area homeowners. Results generated by the AI are informational estimates only and do not constitute a professional inspection, engineering assessment, or guarantee of savings. Actual repair costs, water savings, and rebate eligibility vary by property and circumstance.

Consent to Contact

By submitting your phone number through this Service, you expressly consent to receive calls and text messages from Monkey Wrench Plumbing at the number provided, including calls made using an automated telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice, for the purpose of discussing your water bill audit results and scheduling plumbing services. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw your consent at any time by visiting our opt-out page.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, Monkey Wrench Plumbing and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated audit results. AI diagnostic outputs are estimates only — actual repair costs, water usage reductions, and utility rebate amounts depend on property-specific conditions and are not guaranteed. Rebate eligibility is subject to current SNWA (Southern Nevada Water Authority) program terms, which may change without notice.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
